Refund policy

We want you and your dog to be completely happy with your purchase. If the shoes don't fit or you're not satisfied, you may return unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, email us at info@hachi-and-co.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges for a different size or colour are welcome, subject to availability.
