We want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Clean and undamaged

In their original condition

Returned with the original packaging

Not worn or used outdoors
Indoor try-ons for sizing are allowed. Please make sure your dog’s paws are clean when trying on the shoes.
To request a return, please contact us at info@hachi-and-co.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
For returns due to sizing, personal preference, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us. Hachi & Co. will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the issue is our responsibility.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color are accepted within the 30-day return period, subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges due to sizing or personal preference.
If the exchange is required because we sent the wrong item or the product arrived defective or damaged, Hachi & Co. will cover the applicable shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Hachi & Co. or the item arrived defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are visibly worn outdoors, dirty, damaged after delivery, or otherwise not in their original condition may not be eligible for return or refund.
